



Raw Alpine sheep's yoghurt comes from very tiny and unique Slow Food area - Mendatica village and its green mountain slopes with the height of 1700m.
Collection includes 7 jars (each 150gr):
Mendatica yoghurt is made of 100% raw milk, alpine sheep's milk and alpine cow's milk. The cattle includes only 120 sheep and 2 cows. The pasturing takes place on high slopes of Ligurian Alps.
The production itself is extremely limited, only 100l of yoghurt can be produced in one week.
Sheep are feeding on fresh grass, 400 different types of Alpine flowers, herbs and hay. No antibiotics, hormones. Environment is pesticide and chemical free.
Mendatica yoghurt is 100% pure and natural without any additives, preservatives etc. It is 100% raw that maintains all of its original nutritional properties: nutrients, vitamins, provitamins, enzymes and probiotic bacteria. The animals feed only on fresh Alpine grass, flowers, herbs and hay, making their milk rich in Omega-3.
One jar (150gr) is ideal portion for one serving. Serve the natural yoghurt with fruits, berries and raw alpine honey. It will bring you a heavenly delicious taste adventure!
