Terms and Conditions

Monaco Gourmet General Terms & Conditions are drawn up in accordance with European law.

Making an order on the Monaco Gourmet website by an internet user implies full and complete acceptance of all the present general sales conditions.


Monaco Gourmet serves customers who are at least 18 years old.


We accept orders for delivery to addresses in Monaco and nearby areas in Côte d'Azur: Menton, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Cap-d'Ail, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Sain-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Saint Tropez.

Monaco Gourmet can make exceptions to some deliveries to outside of its service area. It depends on the final destination and availability of goods.

Orders can be made through website, by email: boutique@monacogourmet.fr or through private message of Monaco Gourmet Facebook page.

Once the customer has placed an order, he is committed to the details given: the seller does not accept any responsibility for any errors in the delivery address provided, resulting in the non-delivery of goods.

Orders are not considered firm until the buyer has paid for them.

The minimum order is 5 kg.

Monaco Gourmet strictly reserves the right to refuse orders in case of doubt about the former existence of an identical order.

Monaco Gourmet offers are solely available to private clients, villas and yachts in no case to any type of resellers or distributors in abroad. Monaco Gourmet is therefore allowed to cancel any order that would not meet this criteria.


All of our food products are delivered with cold transportation or with secure cold package with ice gels, which keep the temperature stable in +4C for 48 hours. 

Monaco Gourmet undertakes to deliver the goods in the shortest possible time. 

Deliveries take place every Thursday. Special agreements can be made with customers.

Delivery times for extremely limited products that need reservation will be agreed with the customer.

However buyer should remember that the goods will be delivered after the buyer has paid for them and received the confirmation.

Delivery will be made within the period forecasted directly to the addressee, or by means of notification if the client is absent.

Monaco Gourmet uses express delivery (24h). Notification of exact delivery day is sent to customer, who is responsible to be present during the arrival of package.

Monaco Gourmet is not responsible for any losses or damages that may happen to the food products, if client is absent and do not react to the delivery notifications.

Delivery is free for Monaco and Côte d'Azur area.


Monaco Gourmet collections are delivered directly to customers' luxury yachts in Monaco and nearby areas: Menton, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Cap-d'Ail, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Sain-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Saint Tropez.

Monaco Gourmet provides the transport of gourmet by helicopter, if required. Please e-mail us for an estimate on time and cost.

Yachts and Charters that are eligible for tax-free deliveries must provide Monaco Gourmet with the following information at the time of order;

  • Yacht registration papers
  • The specific charter agreement (for charters)
  • Crew list

Monaco Gourmet are then able to invoice you free of the relevant country’s VAT, however we are not able to apply a rebate retrospectively.

Please note that there are serious consequences for false declarations including potentially the impounding of the vessel.


Any delays resulting from war, uprisings, fire, strikes, accidents, storms, extreme weather conditions are considered to be due to Force Majeure, thereby releasing the seller from the obligation to make the delivery. Any possible delay does not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, to reject the goods or to claim damages.


Prices are given in € (EUR).

Prices include transport costs if not stated otherwise.

The price given in the Monaco Gourmet order confirmation and invoice is the final price, with all taxes and including VAT if it is relevant.

This final price includes the cost of the goods, maintenance, packing and storing as well as shipping.


Payment is due upon order and in advance of delivery. 

Monaco Gourmet accepts Euros.

All prices are correct at the time of quote but are subject to change due to market and economic factors.

All gourmet and wines remain the property of Monaco Gourmet until paid for in full.

An invoice will be issued and sent to the address given by the client for invoices.

The gourmet and wines remain the property of Monaco Gourmet until all corresponding outstanding amounts have been paid. 


A restocking, change of mind and/or cancellation fee of 50% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed.


Food products are not subject to be returned.


Gourmet goods that have been damaged during transportation will be replaced or refunded.

All damages MUST BE notified at same day/moment, goods were received. Customer must take photos of damaged products and send the proofs immediately to Monaco Gourmet WITHIN SAME DAY he received it.

Always check the packages on arrival. You have 24 hours to claim any missing goods.


All complaints and claims will be carefully dealt with, taking into account that the client is acting in good faith, because he/she has taken his time to expose his/her claims.

In the event of a lawsuit, the client will first inform the company, in an attempt to reach an amicable solution. Should this prove impossible, sole competence corresponds to the Courts, regardless of the agreed delivery destination and means. 


Anxious to protect your privacy, Monaco Gourmet treats all your personal information in the strictest confidentiality.

When you place an order, we need your name, home or business address, your e-mail address and telephone number.

Monaco Gourmet does not sell or hire out its clients' e-mail addresses or personal details.


Considering that some gourmet products are available only in extremely limited quantities, restrictions on quantities may apply to some special products. In such case, the amount available is to be understood as limited per product.

We will try to contact you to inform you of any delays or lack of availability.
All goods are offered subject to availability.


Monaco Gourmet's mission is to provide highest quality products with highest quality service. We care about our customers, therefore we want to serve them in best way with best rarest products. Any complaint is taken very seriously and we respond to complaints as soon as possible.


All copyright, database rights, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in and to the content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, banners, buttons, underlying source code and software, is the sole property of Monaco Gourmet, or the applicable licensor.

Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission, or display of the content of this website, without the express written permission of Monaco Gourmet) for purposes other than the viewing of information or for ordering purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Permission is granted to electronically copy, and to print in hard copy, portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Monaco Gourmet or using this website as a shopping resource.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we accept your order by way of written order acceptance along with details of the dispatch of your order. At any point up until then, we reserve the right to decline to supply goods or services to you for any reason.


We are committed to providing our customers with an unsurpassed level of service and are equally committed to ensuring we provide a safe, legal, and first class slow food products.

Gourmet products are kept in their original environment with a purpose to provide the highest quality. Original environment means, that cheeses and cured meats are stored in their original maturing caves in Alps. Butter, fresh meat and sweets are fresh products that has been produced 1-2 days before the delivery.


All gourmet products or other goods ordered remain the property of Monaco Gourmet until payment is received in full and successful delivery has been made.
