This Alpine Grass-Fed Raw Milk Butter comes from North Italian Alps, Malga di Piano.
Bruna Alpina cows pasture on altitude of 2000m. These cows are a real gourmet eaters, they roam widely seeking the very best Alpine hay, herbs and flowers. Grazing takes place in clean and rich environment that provides the most healthiest "superfood" and the mineral-rich mountain streams of water. The butter is rich in vitamines, minerals, omega-3 and CLA.
Raw milk alpine butter Burro di Malga is 100% natural and raw, without any additives and preservatives. It is free of gmo, hormones, antibiotics and pesticides.
This silky and creamy butter is produced only by one small cattle. The production is very limited, maximum15-20 kg butter is made weekly. It is pure slow food, 100% handmade.
Each butter is formed, packed and labeled by one pair of hands on altitude of 2000m.
After you have received the butter, you have 2-3 weeks left to use it as fresh way. Keep it in the coldest area in your fridge.
NB! We highly recommend to cut the butter into small cubes and deep freeze it for future use. Remember, the production is only in summer, therefore deep freezing is a great option to save butter for autumn.
